As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for ISMG customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our content, events, and platforms.
Required: Customer service experience, CRM proficiency, independent work ethic, strong internet connection.
Preferred: Media or cybersecurity experience, knowledge of digital platforms and troubleshooting, familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, and Zoom.
